Monday, September 12th, 2011

Meet in classroom then we are off to the Library to start research on Indigenous People's presentation.

Important Information:
  • Group Assignment (no more than 3 per group) BUT you may work individually
  • Must consult a minimum of 3 valid sources for research
  • MLA formatting (in-text and works cited)
  • Work periods = September 12 (Library); September 13 (Library); September 15 (In-Class)
  • DUE DATE (presentations submitted via Google Docs) - Friday, September 16th
  • PRESENTATIONS BEGIN ON FRIDAY (order to be determined in class on Tuesday)
TOPICS TO BE COVERED BY YOUR RESEARCH/PRESENTATION:
  • Geographic location of Indigenous People's ancestral territory
  • Presentation of Creation Story 
  • Connections between Creation Story and ties to ancestral territory
  • Evaluation or Analysis of the Spiritual, Cultural and Moral Teachings with respect to ancestral territory
  • Additional Information you feel is relevant
